Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 days.  

Please note that during the weekends and holiday season shipments may be delayed an additional 3 to 4 days. After your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation. Should that confirmation have any incorrect information please contact us at elpuppetcreations@gmail.com  

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customs, duties, and taxes 

El Puppet Creations is not responsible for any customs and taxes that are applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

 

Damages 

Should your order arrive damaged or broken then please take several photos of the broken item with its container and email them to elpuppetcreations@gmail.com for next steps in the refund/return policy.
