Magic is real after all— and it all takes place at a cozy little studio in Campbellford, Ontario. Whether it’s a new toy for that little someone or keeping up with the Travelling Milly series, El Puppet Creations is a collection of unique puppets both individually designed and hand-crafted by yours truly, Ellen Skura.
Crafted with soft durable fabric, all of our puppets rest comfortably on your hand with enough mobility to walk, fly, hide, talk, and make tons of expressive faces. Since each puppet is distinct in their own way, their expressions and fabrics may vary slightly from each other— in other words, there’s enough whimsical fun and creative magic in each and every puppet!
I got these colourful puppets for my nieces. The puppets are really cute and inspire a lot of play. They clean up really nicely, I can throw them in the washing machine and they are as good as new.

My purchases made many years ago, first for my children and then for their friends have now become family heirlooms. I am thrilled Ellen is continuing to create these wonderful puppets I now buy for grandchildren.
From bunnies, ducks, turtles, gingerbread boys, dragons and unicorns and the amazing travelling Milly, all are lovingly created by Ellen and loved forever by children and adults alike.

El Puppet has always been one of my go to vendors when I’m looking for a gift for a baby shower or birthday present for a child.
Ellen Skura is the maker of the best puppets out there. Her puppets come with a personality waiting to come to life when being used.
She uses quality materials, her products are safe for children (no bells, no whistles, nothing to come off and hurt a little one).
